Started in 2020 by Jandel and Riki Tagliapietra as a home pasta business, Cut Stone has been a labor of love supported and staffed by family & friends since day one.

Our business expanded significantly in early 2021 with the addition of a custom 1993 Spartan Fire Engine pizza truck. “Engine 4″ spent its first 20 years in Ohio serving the Orange Village Fire Department and has since found new life helping us cook with fires rather than extinguishing them.

Known as the “fire truck pizza truck” Engine 4 has now been serving the Kenosha community high-quality, neapolitan-inspired pizzas for over three years.  

We can mostly be found during the summer months at our favorite venue, Petrifying Springs Biergarten, on Tuesday nights as well as most of their major events and tons of other awesome Kenosha area events around town.

If it’s an aweome outdoor event, odds are you’ll find us there having a great time servimg the guests.

Heads Up! Due to limited kitchen and storage space on a vintage fire engine, our food truck menu is simpler and faster than our Restaurant Menu. To experience our most creative offerings as well as beer, wine, and cocktails, make sure to check out our Downtown Kenosha restaurant location.
